He was the exclusive distributor of "Rooms-To-Go" furniture and Givenchy watches in Russia, sold Television programs in partnership with Sir David Frost to Russian Television and lectured at the US Embassy Commercial Department to new American companies entering the Russian Market. Mr. Wallace was a member of the "Capital Markets Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow, provided consulting services to the directors of firms such as Amoco , Boeing, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, BBC, CBS, Bosch-Siemens, etc. He speaks Russian, Spanish, German and English. Benjamin Schiff, Chief Financial Officer - is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney licensed in New Jersey and Florida and a Certified Financial Planner. His experience spans thirty (30) years and includes experience as an executive level manager in a Fortune 500 company. He has extensive financial experience achieved through progressive management and hands on experience in accounting, finance, domestic and international operations, tax, and law. His industry experience includes Internet e-commerce, housing, retail land sales, timeshare, mortgage banking, utility, resort and property management. Specific experience in organizing both Internet and brick and mortar start-ups, foreign branch office operations, and acquisition planning and negotiation.

Daniel J. Sarnoff, Chairman- As grandson of NBC founder David Sarnoff, it's easy to understand how Mr. Sarnoff is in the forefront of the internet. He developed and was CEO of Gamebay.com, one of the first of a new breed of profile-driven internet marketing companies which was sold to Multimedia Games, Inc. in April of 2001. Between 1993 and 1998, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Multimedia Games, Inc. NASDAQ:MGAM with responsibility for designing and developing interactive high-speed bingo and video lottery games. Today, his company represents the bulk of the transactional data base systems and progressive jackpot games which have become the core of the Native American Indian Gaming industry. In September 1998, he became President of TV Games, Inc; a subsidiary of Multimedia Games engaged in developing TV Game shows. Before that, he was CEO of Pioneer Pictures and produced many made-for-television-movies including the new Bonanzas and the Star Trek Specials. In the early 80's, Mr. Sarnoff began his career as an NBC executive and a member of the RCA new business task force.

Ed Fishman, Board of Directors/Marketing - Mr. Fishman is an international entrepreneur, television and film producer with forty years experience in the entertainment industry. Mr. Fishman was the writer and producer of "Dealer's Choice." He founded and was Chairman of Players International with Telly Savalas of Kojak as his company spokesperson. Players was a publicly traded company with his partners including Merv Griffin and was eventually sold to Harrah's for $425 million. Mr. Fishman organized the world's first blackjack tournament as well as the first casino credit card cash advance machines. He is partners with Chuck Norris In the Beverly Hills Casino Entertainment Complex in Moscow and has been involved in many successful marketing projects and productions. Konstantin Leviev, Executive Director and Member of the Board - Mr. Leviev attended the Art University, joined Federation of Artists and Designers , Photo Marketing Association (PMA), and went on to win several prestigious awards.Mr Leviev founded and managed Photo Finishing Factory including more than 200 stores - one of the first retail chains in former Soviet Union. In 1986, Mr. Leviev was the first to open "FUJI" 1-hour film processing lab in USSR. He gained practical skills in marketing, photo industrial technology, management and financing. In the late 1980's, he founded "Constanta International Trading Corp." and in 1993, became Chairman of the Board of CIB Bank in Moscow.Mr. Leviev went on to form several successful firms in Austria, USA, and Russia including real estate, comodities trading, franchising and publishing. He is presently the Vice President of the U.S. Congress of Bukharian Jews.

Jonathan Goodson- (B.A. Stanford University, 1967; L.L.B. Yale Law School 1970) joined what was then Goodson-Todman Productions in 1973 as Chief Counsel, but soon became - along with his father Mark Goodson - the key creative figure behind all Goodson-Todman, and Mark Goodson Productions' shows created since that time. During Jonathan's 25-year tenure at MGP, he co-created (and where there is an * also produced) the following network game shows: The Match Game*, All Star Password, Blockbusters, Child's Play*, The New Price Is Right*, Now You See It*, Family Feud*, Card Sharks*, Trivia Trap* and Classic Concentration. Jonathan personally created and produced the following network reality projects: That's My Line (CBS), Capture! (CBS), House Calls (NBC), Fly On The Wall (ABC) and Real Life Heroes (CBS). Jonathan became president and CEO of Mark Goodson Productions in 1993, and placed such TV classics on the air as The New Price Is Right and Family Feud. As president of Jonathan Goodson Productions, Goodson has created and produced a variety of reality programs such as the nationally syndicated series Forgive Or Forget and House Calls. Goodson is a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
